We collect the minimum needed to run the service. No ad trackers, no data resale.

What we store

Your email, your product briefs, the references you point us at, and the builds we deliver — that is the ledger the product shows you. Payment details live with our payment processor and never touch our servers.

What we process

Reference videos are analyzed by our model pipeline to produce a structural ledger. Your product photos are used only inside your own builds.

Deletion

Delete a product and its briefs, styles, and builds go with it. Close your account and everything is purged within 30 days. Email support@carbonvid.app for either.
